Back into the swing of things
Ok, so I haven't been doing p90x because I was so retarded sick for 3 weeks, but I'm back. I did the Core Synergistics workout on Thursday night and it was just like starting for the very first time. My abs are soooore. I'm about to do my next workout so..peachy.
I would like to be a more consistent and responsible blogger, so I'll work on that.

Cardio X
yeah baby. I did Cardio X tonight. I felt great the whole time, until my knee was locking up a bit after the plyo stuff. I did all but the last 7 minutes. But, I kept up the whole time, no prob. I have definitely gained strength and it is obvious that I have toned up. YEAH! =)

Halloweekend!
Ok, so I didn't work out Friday (that's part of the plan) or Saturday, although I did dance my ass off Sat night. However, I did workout Sunday.
I woke up and walked the 3 miles (I google mapped it) to my friends house to retrieve my car. It was a beautiful day as we're amidst an Indian Summer here in Ohio and it felt amazing.
P90X is working. I have totally lost weight already. I can see it, I can feel it, and other people are noticing too. I got a lot of compliments at Halloween regarding how my priestess robe was fitting. yeah baby.
Anyway, so then last night I came home and did some CardioX. I'm doing a lot of incomplete workouts, but I'm doing them nonetheless.
Today, I did not workout. I am running a fever and I feel awful. I hope to feel better tomorrow.
It's not exciting, but it's true.

Halloweeeeeeen!

As planned, I took Friday off. It was Halloween (my second favorite holiday, next to Thanksgiving) and I dressed up like a puppy for work, and then went to a nice dinner with my ex (we actually are good friends> it can happen) and then went to a party at some friends and drank a wee tiny bit o' whiskey (my drink of choice). Then, I came home, took a hooooot bath, and snuggled into bed.
that's how it went down. That's how we like it.

Yesterday and then Shoulders & Arms
So, yesterday was a difficult day for me. However, I still tried to do my workout. My Core Synergistics disc wasn't playing so I put in Ab Ripper X instead. I didn't do it all, but I did something.
Tonight I did the full Shoulders & Arms workout plus the bonus. I kicked butt on the side tri raises at the end. Don't worry Weez...it's just cause I'm such a buff stud and you're a tiny lesbian. That's all. =P
I have definitely improved, just since last week. I can see and feel differences all over my body. Unfortunately I have not taken the before pics yet. Oh well, I'll try to work on it this weekend. I need someone to take them for me.
Although I did buy a heavier band, that is just better all together, I still need to purchase some barbells for the workouts to be as effective as I'd like. Sometimes I struggle to keep up with the pace of the workout because I'm trying to adjust my band to the right tension, and other times it just doesn't feel like I'm getting all I can from the exercise.
Well, I'm off to take a hot bath.

Kenpo X
Ok, I only did 40 minutes but I loved the workout. I didn't get home til 9:00 from doing laundry and after putting it all away I started the Kenpo X disc. However, at 10:00 my stomach had enough, and I needed dinner. So, I made won ton soup and I'm going to eat it, shower, and go to bed.
