Ok, I only did 40 minutes but I loved the workout. I didn't get home til 9:00 from doing laundry and after putting it all away I started the Kenpo X disc. However, at 10:00 my stomach had enough, and I needed dinner. So, I made won ton soup and I'm going to eat it, shower, and go to bed.
That's my update. =)
