Yesterday and then Shoulders & Arms

So, yesterday was a difficult day for me. However, I still tried to do my workout. My Core Synergistics disc wasn't playing so I put in Ab Ripper X instead. I didn't do it all, but I did something.

Tonight I did the full Shoulders & Arms workout plus the bonus. I kicked butt on the side tri raises at the end. Don't worry Weez...it's just cause I'm such a buff stud and you're a tiny lesbian. That's all. =P

I have definitely improved, just since last week. I can see and feel differences all over my body. Unfortunately I have not taken the before pics yet. Oh well, I'll try to work on it this weekend. I need someone to take them for me.

Although I did buy a heavier band, that is just better all together, I still need to purchase some barbells for the workouts to be as effective as I'd like. Sometimes I struggle to keep up with the pace of the workout because I'm trying to adjust my band to the right tension, and other times it just doesn't feel like I'm getting all I can from the exercise.

Well, I'm off to take a hot bath.

Yeah! Dumbbells work better for me too. Takes too long to adjust bands just right and I'd being hitting pause all the time otherwise. As it is I have to move in order to slide my weight up or down on the bells.
